Are you a lingerie designer addict, or do you prefere the good old comfy cotton undies?

Queen B.'s online survey is set up to visualise how men and woman today are thinking about their unmentionables.

Research in the U.K. has revealed that the average woman’s underwear drawer holds a massive €988 worth of lingerie, with men owning just €324 worth.

The survey showed that women own an average of 42 pairs of knickers – 31 of which are ‘special’ knickers versus 11 pairs of ‘everyday’ ones – while men have only three pairs of ‘posh pants’ and 10 casual pairs.

The most popular styles cited by women include French knickers, thongs and pants lacy knickers, with a black lacy designer thong topping the luxury list.

According to a customer survey, women are investing more and more in designer pants each year, spending up to €530 a year. The survey showed that women are buying designer knickers in bulk every few months, with the average designer knicker costing around €18.

Surprisingly, while men’s top ‘pant priority’ is to look good, women’s is to feel good. When asked, 92% of women said they feel sexier and more confident when wearing a matching set of lingerie with a designer tag.

76% of men asked said they feel more secure with the ladies when they are wearing a decent pair of fitted trunks, such as Calvin Kleins, and will always wear them on a first date and to the office Christmas party.

I guess I am not your average woman when it comes to lingerie. I am sure I have much more then €988 worth of lingerie in my drawers. But that's just me... :D

I am hooked on making pillow covers and sleep masks lately. The next project is making sets of sleep wear with matching masks and pillows. Ideal for romance and glamour in the bedroom... :D

This throw pillow cover is made in a velvet fabric and embroided with a quote and the silhouette of Audrey Hepburn. To top it off, I embelleshed it with a black lace trim.

My boyfriend asked me to make a gift for the birthday of his father. Since he works in shifts a good sleep mask to sleep during the daytime would be perfect. We quickly found a funny statement and it inspired me to make a matching throw pillow cover.
